In an action for a divorce, defendant appeals from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 10, 1962, upon the decision of the court, after a non jury trial, in favor of plaintiff. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Kleinfeld, Acting P. J., Brennan, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
