Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County (Charles C. Merrell, J.), entered October 12, 2006 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10. The order continued the placement of the child in foster care.

It is hereby ordered that said appeal is unanimously dismissed without costs as moot (see Matter of Gerard M., 28 AD3d 1237 [2006]). Present—Hurlbutt, J.P., Smith, Fahey, Peradotto and Pine, JJ.
