Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Harvey, J.), entered April 21,1982 in Clinton County, which denied petitioner’s application for a writ of habeas corpus, without a hearing. Judgment affirmed, without costs, on the opinion of Mr. Justice Norman L. Harvey at Special Term. Kane, J. P., Main, Casey, Mikoll and Yesawich, Jr., JJ., concur.
