In a foreclosure action, appellant, Roseaire Company appeals from an order which granted only, in part its motion for a jury trial of the issues presented by its counterclaims and plaintiff’s reply thereto and which directed the jury trial to follow the trial by Special Term of the foreclosure suit. Order, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Nolan, JJ., concur.
