Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court of Kings County, convicting him of the crime of abortion and sentencing him to serve a term of six months in the City Prison. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Nolan, JJ.
