Appeal from a decree of the New York County Surrogate’s Court, entered July 16, 1948, disallowing a right of election filed under section 18 of the Decedent Estate Law by appellant, as surviving spouse of the decedent, to take an intestate share of decedent’s estate as against the terms of her will.

Decree affirmed. No opinion.
