In an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff Fannie Sloan, and for expenses and loss of services incidental thereto, order denying a motion by defendant to vacate a notice of examination of a witness before trial, affirmed, without costs, the examination to proceed on five days’ notice.
