  • In an action by an attorney-at-law, who represented his client upon the purchase of real property, to recover from the real estate broker in the transaction one-half the amount of the broker’s commissions, on an alleged agreement to pay such amount to the attorney, order denying defendant’s motion for summary judgment affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
