People v. Lacerra , 244 A.D. 749 ( 1935 )

Defendant was convicted of grand larceny in the second degree in the theft of an automobile on which he changed the motor number and registered the car in an apparently fictitious name in a county remote from his place of residence. Judgment of conviction of the County Court of Kings county unanimously affirmed. (Code Crim. Proc. § 542.) No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Tompkins, Davis and Johnston, JJ.
