Award reversed and claim remitted, with costs against the State Industrial Board to abide the event, on the consent of the Attorney-General, on the ground that after the case was closed a report from Dr. Lewy was received in evidence and was used in the finding without opportunity on the part of the employer and the carrier to examine Dr. Lewy as a witness.
