Action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate, a thirteen-year-old girl, who crossed in front of a standing bus and was in contact with the defendant’s truck while it was passing the bus. Judgment, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of defendant, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ.
