Appeal from so much of a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Westchester County, as construed the will of the decedent in reference to the legacy provided therein for Leslie B. Wilson and the legal effect of the renunciation of the legacy by Leslie B. Wilson. Decree, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, without costs. Ho opinion. Present — Lewis, P.
