Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, convicting defendant of knowingly possessing a policy slip (Penal Law, §§ 974, 975), reversed on the facts, the information dismissed and the defendant discharged. The proof fails to establish guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Lewis, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
