Order entered March 24, 1948, fixing counsel fee upon appeal from order granting examination of plaintiff before trial, modified on the facts by reducing the counsel fee from $250 to $150. As thus modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. No Lewis, P. Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
