Action to recover commissions alleged to have been earned by plaintiff pursuant to an agreement with appellant Abraham M. Perlman. Order granting examination of appellants before trial, together with discovery and inspection, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days’ notice. No opinion.
