In an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of defendant MacEachen’s alleged negligence in the operation of an automobile, plaintiff, operating a motorcycle, collided with the unlighted automobile, which was standing sideways across the highway. Judgment for plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ.
