The order, among other things, denied in part the motions of defendants Bakery Engineering/Winkler, Inc., Winkler Backereitechnik GmbH and Werner & Pfleiderer Industrielle Backtechnik GmbH seeking summary judgment and granted the cross motion of plaintiff for leave to serve an amended complaint.
