Order reversed, with tep dollars costs and disbursements, and objections to the-sufficiency of the petition sustained', with-ten dollars costs, with leave to the petitioner to amend the petition, if so advised. Held, that the petition should state that trees are to be trimmed “ not to exceed ” a certain distance, instead of stating “at least" a certain distance. All concurred.
