Judgment of conviction of the Court of Special Sessions, Borough of Brooklyn, reversed on the facts, and defendant discharged. We think the evidence fails to prove defendant’s guilt of the crime charged. Kelly, P. J., Jaycox, Manning, Young and Lazansky, JJ., concur.
