Action to recover $10,425, based on a claimed improper execution by the defendants of an order given to them by the plaintiff to purchase certain stock. Judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of plaintiff’s case unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Young, Hagarty, Cars-well and Johnston, JJ.; Lazansky, P. J., not voting.
