Judgment convicting defendants of the crime of petit larceny, and the order denying their motion for a new trial upon the ground of newly-discovered evidence unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Untermyer, Dore and Cohn, JJ.
