Action for personal injuries. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of plaintiff for $6,500. The court set aside the verdict and dismissed the complaint. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, Untermyer, Dore and Cohn, JJ.
