In an action for the foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien, judgment in favor of the plaintiff for the amount of a deposit of $475, and for a deficiency in the further sum of $221.33, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Johnston, JJ.
