Amended judgment in favor of the plaintiff, canceling of record, on the ground of payment, a bond and mortgage executed by the plaintiff to the defendant, and dismissing the defendant’s counterclaim, in which he sought to foreclose the said bond and mortgage, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
