Appeal from order adjudging defendant in contempt for failure to pay a counsel fee. Order reversed, without costs, upon the ground that the moving papers were insufficient to sustain an order for contempt. Hill, P. J., Crapser, Bliss, Schenck and Poster, JJ., concur.
