Order granting motion of plaintiff for examination before trial of a defendant as an adverse party in an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligence of two operators of automobiles, resulting in a collision, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements; the examination to proceed on five days’ notice.
