In an action establishing a mechanic’s lien of a subcontractor, judgment of foreclosure was directed in favor of plaintiff. Judgment and order denying appellant’s motion to strike costs and disbursements from the judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P.
