Judgment of the County Court of Kings County convicting defendant of the crime of rape in the first degree, and order denying defendant’s motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial, affirmed. Ho opinion. Close, P. J., Hagarty and Adel, JJ., concur; Carswell and Johnston, JJ., dissent and vote to reverse the judgment and order and to grant a new trial on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the credible evidence.
