Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, for error in admitting evidence of Dr. John G.'Glenn as to information which he acquired while the relation of physician and patient existed between him and the decedent, and which information was necessary to enable him to act in his professional capacity. Woodward, Jenks, Burr, Rich and Carr, JJ., concurred.
