In an action to foreclose a mortgage, order striking out the answer of defendants Grillo and granting plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Davis and Johnston, JJ., concur.
