Order, so far as it dismisses plaintiff’s complaint in an action for equitable relief, and judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. The appeal from that part of the order which denies plaintiff’s motion for an injunction pendente lite is dismissed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P.
