Order approving an offer to purchase a mortgage and directing the trustee thereof, who was appointed pursuant to a plan of reorganization, to accept said offer, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Davis, Johnston and Close, JJ., concur.
