In an action for a declaratory judgment to determine the construction of the disability clause in an insurance policy the complaint was dismissed on the trial. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Davis, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
