Orders denying the motions of the defendants to dismiss the amended complaint on the ground that it appears on the face thereof that it fails to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action affirmed, with one bill of ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to defendants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon.
