We think ,the verdict in this, case was clearly against' the weight of evidence. Judgment- and order of the County Court of Queens county reversed, and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event. . Woodward, Jenks,-Hooker, Gaynor and 'Rich, JJ.,. ■ concurred.
