Relator has appealed from an order of the County Court of Clinton County dismissing a writ of habeas corpus issued on his behalf. Relator’s maximum term of imprisonment will not expire until November 25, 1944. Order unanimously affirmed. Present — Hill, P. J., Bliss, Heffernan, Schenck and Foster, JJ.
