DECISION & ORDER
Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (William Miller, J.), rendered December 6, 2019, convicting him of rape in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.
The period of probation imposed as part of the defendant's sentence was not excessive (see People v Suitte , 90 AD2d 80).
