Per Curiam. The court below committed reversible error in refusing to admit written proof of the landlord’s determination of nondesirability of the tenants. Accordingly, the final order in favor of tenants should not be permitted to stand.
The final order should be reversed and a new trial ordered, with $30 costs to appellant to abide the event.
