Per Curiam.

As the complaint did not demand judgment for a sum of money only, the order was right.

The appeal must, however, he dismissed, as the order is not appealable. Kreizer v. Allaire, 73 N. Y. St. Repr. 286.

Appeal dismissed, with costs.
