(Dkt. No. 8). Thereafter, on April 19, 2021, the Court entered an Order directing that any opposition to the Government’s Motion to Strike be filed by April 26, 2021. (Dkt. No. 11). To date, no opposition to the Government’s motion has been filed and the deadline has expired.
