We write pursuant to Rule 1.G of Your Honor’s Individual Rules and Practices in Civil Cases to respectfully request a stay in discovery pending resolution of a dispositive motion. Pursuant to the Case Management Plan entered May 19, 2023, class certification discovery is set to close on March 31, 2024. (ECF No. 10.) On March 8, 2024, Defendant moved for dismissal. (ECF No. 19.) Plaintiff Victoria Ventura has consented to a stay in discovery pending resolution of the motion to dismiss.
