Judgment reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, unless the plaintiff within twenty days stipulates to reduce the recovery of damages to 8371, and interest from December 2,1894, and. in that event the judgment be so modified, and as modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party.
