Per Curiam.

This is an order for the delivery of goods within the statute. (24 sess. c. 54.) The terms of it are sufficiently explicit and intelligible. (2 East's P. C. 941. § 39. 1 Leach, 63.)

The prisoner was sentenced to the state prison for five years.
