By the Court. The only question made in the case is whether • the court erred in the finding that the plaintiff had no authority to make the contract sued upon. The bill of exceptions is insufficient: to raise that question. It only sets forth the evidence tending to-grove the authority, and does not show whether there was or was-; not evidence tending to its disproof.
Judgment affirmed.
