CRIMINAL LAW/CONSTITUTIONAL:

As applied to a sexually oriented offender, R.C. Chapter 2950 is constitutional. The registration and verification requirements of the statutory scheme are not as harmful as the notification requirements. Statev. Williams (Jan. 29, 1999), Lake App. No. 97-L-191, unreported, distinguished.

Judgment affirmed.
