{¶ 21} I concur in the majority's judgment. For the reasons stated in my concurring opinion in Turner v. Turner, 9th Dist. No. 07CA009187,2008-Ohio-2601, at ¶ 19-23, however, I disagree with the statement in paragraph 12 of the majority's opinion that the applicable standard of review in this case is abuse of discretion.
