{¶ 75} I concur fully in the judgment and the reasoning of the court. I write separately merely to renew my objection to the “more than an error of law” formulation for abuse of discretion. See State v. Beechler, Clark App. No. 09-CA-54, 2010-Ohio-1900, 2010 WL 1731784, ¶ 60-70.
