  • OPINION — AG — A MEMBER OF A BOARD OF EDUCATION (SCHOOL BOARD) OF A SCHOOL DISTRICT CANNOT BE PAID COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES HE RENDERS TO SUCH DISTRICT, BUT MAY BE REIMBURSED FOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN TRAVELING (PER DIEM, MILEAGE) ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
