PER CURIAM. G. A. Johnston was convicted of a -violation of the prohibition law and was on the 13th day of July, 1911, sentenced to pay a fine of two hundred fifty dollars and to be confined for ninety days in the county jail. An appeal was properly perfected. The assignments of error are without merit. The judgment is therefore af-fiirmed.
