Smith v. State , 6 Okla. Crim. 698 ( 1911 )

Menu:
  • PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff in error was convicted of selling whisky. No error of law appears and while the proof on the part of the prosecution consists of the testimony of a single witness, of doubtful credibility, it was the province of the jury to pass upon the weight and credibility of the evidence. The judgment is therefore affirmed.
